What happens after the 7-day free trial?
The 7-day Pro trial starts when you create an account — no card required, nothing is charged automatically. Upgrade anytime in the app to Pro ($10/mo or $8/mo billed yearly). If you don’t upgrade after the trial, AI features pause and you stay on Free.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like — changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle, and annual plans are prorated.
What does the annual discount save me?
Annual billing saves 20% on Pro — that's $8/mo billed yearly instead of $10/mo. Toggle it above to see live prices.
Will others see the notes window during calls?
By default, no — the floating window behaves like any other app: visible in screen shares, recordings, and your dock/taskbar. If you'd like it excluded from screen shares and recordings for your own privacy, turn on Privacy Mode. The app asks which you prefer when you first set it up, and you can flip it any time from the eye button in the window's own toolbar or from Settings → Privacy Mode. ChannelPulse works on both macOS and Windows across any call app.
