We research your interviewer
Paste the job and their LinkedIn. Get a short brief in about a minute.
- ✓Who they are and what they care about
- ✓How the company interviews, round by round
- ✓The company: its founders, their talks and podcasts, and recent news, each in a line
- ✓Practice as them, then use it on the live call
Checked against their LinkedIn, so a same-name stranger never lands in your brief. Work info only.
Answers that sound like you
Add your résumé once. Every interview then uses your real work, not a template.
- ✓Know what to lead with: your strongest fit for this role, and the projects and numbers to put first.
- ✓Questions about your experience: a recruiter screen walks your résumé; behavioral rounds ask about your projects.
- ✓Model answers from your real work: your roles and results, never invented.
- ✓Gaps, handled: what they may probe, and an honest way to answer.
Why: interviewers judge your stories. Generic answers sound rehearsed. Turn it off for any interview with one switch.
Practice the real questions
Answer out loud. The AI interviewer follows up and scores every answer.
Design a URL shortener for 100M new links a day.
Base-62 IDs, a write-through cache, read replicas…
- ✓ Strong data model.
- → Add cache eviction.
Every answer gets a score
- ✓Real questions from the companies you want
- ✓Coding, system design, behavioral and product
- ✓Feedback and a model answer for each one
- ✓Built from your résumé and your interviewer brief
- ✓A review after each session: your weakest answers first, next to a stronger one. Redo one and the review updates
Practice the questions they actually ask
15,000+ real questions from 160+ companies, with model answers. Practice any of them.
Ace the new AI interviews
Meta now expects candidates in some roles to use an AI assistant during interviews, and others are following. ChannelPulse has a curated path for each role: a course on how these rounds are scored, and practice loops that include them.
Software engineer
AI-assisted coding round
“Here's a small repo with a maze solver and one failing test. Use the AI assistant if you like. Make the test pass, add shortest paths through one-way gates, then make it fast on a 2,000×2,000 grid.”
What a strong answer does
- Reads the code and tests before prompting
- Asks the AI for small pieces, then runs the tests after every change
- Says what the AI got wrong and why
Product manager
Product sense with AI
“Design a product that helps people find and coordinate local volunteering. Use the AI assistant where it helps; we'll watch your prompts.”
What a strong answer does
- Drives the case: users, a sharp segment, the problem
- Uses AI to fill gaps and stress-test risks, not to pick the idea
- Ends on metrics, guardrails and what to ship first
Forward-deployed engineer
Customer scenario
“I'm a VP at a regional insurer. Our board wants an AI chatbot for policyholders live in two weeks. What do we do?”
What a strong answer does
- Finds the outcome the board actually wants
- Reframes to a pilot that can ship safely in two weeks
- Names data, security and success metrics up front
Engineering manager
Leading with AI
“Half your team uses AI coding tools daily and half refuses. Leadership wants everyone on them by next quarter. What do you do?”
What a strong answer does
- Finds out why people resist before deciding
- Runs safe experiments with champions, not a blunt mandate
- Measures outcomes like cycle time and defects, not lines of AI code

Frequently asked questions
How does interviewer research work?
Paste the job posting and your interviewer's LinkedIn. We find their GitHub, X posts, talks and writing that match the profile, plus how the company interviews, and give you a short brief. Same-name strangers are skipped. Work info only, never emails or phone numbers.
Does it use my résumé?
Yes, if you add it. Your résumé shapes the questions (a recruiter screen walks it, behavioral rounds ask about your projects), the model answers and feedback (built from your real work, never invented), and a short guide to what to lead with and which gaps to prepare for. Each interview has a switch to turn it off.
Can I practice on my own?
Yes. An AI interviewer asks real questions and follow-ups, then scores each answer with feedback and a model answer. It can play your real interviewer, using your research.
What do I get after a practice session?
A review: your score and a one-line verdict, what's working and what to fix next, and your weakest answers first. Each question shows what you said next to a stronger answer. Redo one question and the review updates, practice the whole session again, or delete it.
What's a full interview loop?
Every round of the real process (screen, coding, system design, behavioral, hiring manager), each on its own clock. Each round is graded, then you get one hire / no-hire call.
What's in the question bank?
15,000+ real questions from 160+ companies, sorted by company, role and topic, with model answers. 37 role guides cover IC to VP.
What does the live copilot do?
In the Mac app, it listens to your call, writes down who said what, and suggests a short answer when a real question lands. It uses your résumé and interviewer brief, and saves a recap afterwards.
Will others see it on my screen?
By default it shows like any other window. It never joins the call. Turn on Privacy Mode to hide it from screen shares and recordings.
Which apps does it work with?
Any call: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, HackerRank, CoderPad and more. Mac now, Windows coming soon.
Is it free?
New accounts get 7 days of Pro, no card needed. Upgrade in the app when you're ready. The open-source edition is free forever. See pricing.
