How does interviewer and company research work?
Paste your interviewer's LinkedIn URL and the job posting. ChannelPulse reads the LinkedIn profile, searches the web for that person's talks, posts and code, and keeps only what matches the profile, so it never mixes them up with someone who has the same name. It also researches the company and its interview process on Blind, Glassdoor and Levels. You get a brief on each interviewer (a short bio, what they care about, ways to connect and how to impress them), and your practice interviews and live copilot use it. Can I practice interviews on my own?
Yes. Interview Practice runs realistic mock interviews solo: the AI plays the interviewer, asks follow-ups, and scores each answer with feedback plus a model answer. Every session is saved so you can review your feedback and improve.
What's a full interview loop?
The whole hiring process instead of a single mock. Pick your role and level (engineering, data, product, finance or leadership), then choose which rounds to sit: recruiter screen, technical screen, coding, system design, behavioral, hiring manager. Each round runs 45–60 minutes on a clock that can't be paused, and gets its own grade with feedback and model answers. At the end the committee weighs every round into one hire / no-hire verdict. How does the coach know my background?
Upload your résumé under Files, fill in your Profile, and pick a Persona for the scenario. The live coach grounds answers in those materials, plus optional web research. Chats don’t reuse summaries from other conversations.

Because the moment that matters is during the interview. ChannelPulse gives you the answer, the follow-up, or the fact-check while you're still in the room, then still saves a clean transcript and notes when you're done.
What is Interview mode?
A quieter, more focused coach for high-stakes interviews. It stays silent unless a real question is asked, then gives one clear, speakable answer (STAR structure for behavioral questions) grounded in your profile and persona. You control how long answers are: Short, Medium, or Auto (the AI matches length to the question).
Will others see the notes window on my screen?
By default, the floating window behaves like any other app on your computer: it's visible in screen shares, recordings, and your dock/taskbar. It doesn't join the interview as a bot or appear in the participant list. If you'd like it excluded from screen shares and recordings for your own privacy, turn on Privacy Mode. The app asks which you prefer when you first set it up, and you can flip it any time from the eye button in the window's own toolbar or from Settings → Privacy Mode.
How accurate is the transcription and speaker detection?
Live transcription runs at ~300ms latency with industry-leading accuracy, and Deepgram diarization attributes each line to a speaker (You, Them, Speaker 1/2/3) across 12+ languages.
Which apps and platforms does it work with?
Any interview, any app: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, HackerRank, CoderPad, and more. It listens to system audio, so it isn't tied to a single platform. Available for macOS (Windows coming soon).
